We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our beautiful, high-end restaurant in East Sussex.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to consistently deliver high standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management to maintain seamless operations.
Manage reservations, guest relations, and special events.
Monitor financial performance, stock control, and compliance.

About You

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a quality hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
A passion for food, drink, and outstanding service.
Well-organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
Able to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
